"Very comfortable beds, bathrooms, loved the coffee machine in the room. The bar/breakfast room on the top floor is spectacular and breakfast delicious with lots on offer. Rooms felt a bit like bunkers, and style overall is quite dark and sultry, not the best option for young children as there isn't really anywhere for them to run around, but recommend for couples/solo travellers."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Leo Grand Hotel! The staff was amazing, providing the best customer service I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond to make my trip enjoyable. The location is second to none, perfectly situated in Vienna. I wouldn’t even consider booking any other hotel when staying in this beautiful city. Highly recommend!"

"Very luxury and artistic one of the kind hotel which I was very impressed and absolutely loved. I wish there were more hotel like this. Staff members are also very nice and having high standards for customer experience. I will definitely use the hotel again. One thing I would suggest is to put more room signs where people can see. There was one near the elevator but that’s all. It was like a maze until I find out my room number. "

"Their buffect was great just my second best, of course from another Intercontinental Hotel, easy access to metro, and "walkable distance" to the main shopping street, so excellent!, would definetly repeat the stay, no need to look for another Hotel."
