"Having landed on the evening of the Earthquake impact, everything was chaotic and they ended up downgrading me to a standard room as the premium room was damaged due to the quake. This room also had cracks and made me really worried being on a high floor. However next day I was upgraded to a suite and that compensated for the 1st night. The breakfast was very good but not much of other services available for a 5 star. "

Easy river shuttle service to connwctions to get around and see the sights, if you're inclined. One of the days we stayed was my birthday, and the hotel and staff made it a memorable one. 10/10, would stay again AND recommend it...
