"Overall this was a fantastic hotel to stay in, first the pro's: - very comfortable room and bed - Alejo, the front desk / concierge manager is WONDERFUL. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure we made the most of our stay (set us up with private autos, reservations, great restaurant suggestions, etc) The not so good: - no a la carte breakfast, either pay 90 Euros for buffet or starve - shower leaked onto the ground no matter what we tried to stop it from doing so. "Overall the facilities are great on paper, however the management give a very clear impression and direction that the facilities are not to be used. It felt like being in school with some very strict and judgmental head teachers who monitored our every move. Having paid 310 euros per night, I expect to be able to feel at home and use the facilities that are advertised. I will not book again and could not in all good consciousness recommend this facility to anyone."

"Our stay here was an experience. Unlike any other "hotel". Located spectacularly in the foothills of the pyrenees, accommodation consisted of little chalets scattered around a large area. Guests travel between the various facilities in golf carts. The restaurant was spectacular (view & food) but expensive. Breakfast was very good, also beautifully located"

"Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. So I cancelled my last 2 days for the unpleasant treatment. I expected more from a 5 star. "
