"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"We arrived at the property late and the room we booked and paid for was not available - we booked a Jr Suite with King bed and two single beds, and they only had small Jr Suite with one bed. We had paid more than $1,000 in advance to stay at this place and thought it would not be too much to ask to have coffee brought up to the room in the morning (since there was no coffee maker).
