"This is a unique place to stay with old world charm and beautiful views. The room was small but big enough to have a bed area, table seating, small kitchen and couch. Shared patio and living room area are available. One misfortune is I am allergic to some scent r detergents and the one used here was particularly irritating. Even with that I would stay again!"

"We loved this place. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was also big and we loved the balcony! The breakfast was excellent. It's in a fantastic location close to the city centre of Colmar, and the apartment is a lovely, quirky apartment in a converted container. The terrace is an extra bonus. "I had a terrible experience with Villa 12 Guesthouse. I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time. But to my surprise, the main Gate of the Villa 12 is tightly closed, and the guesthouse building looks dark, did not seem there were people living in it.
