"Perfect location to get around Porto easily. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Great shower. Only offer heat or AC (depending on time of year). They aren’t available at the same time. Would recommend this hotel!"

"Good breakfast. Asked the lady at reception to help me with selecting the right train station for taxi from the app. She selected the wrong one assuring me its correct. With taxi driver’s help who caught an error, we were able to get to the station ontime .Else we would have been late for our train. Staff should be more attentive . If doesnt know, better ask someone else . "

"When you need a clean bed and friendly service close to the airport, you can’t really do any better than this. My flight was delayed and didn’t get in until midnight. A quick call to the hotel, and their shuttle was there in a mere 10 minutes. Check-in was easy and friendly. Bar was open! Room was clean and beds were comfy. "We stayed for 4 nights we liked the location, clean and breakfast options were good. Restaurant options were not so great. Staff were helpful and courteous. We have to take our luggage to our room ourselves. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Bathroom sink was not great water would come outside make a mess. Wish they had microwave in the room. Alameda mall is just walkable from the hotel food options are great and better options than restaurant In hotel. We enjoyed Pans and Company sandwiches...
