ALL staff were lovely and helpful, however, the staff in the restaurant were above and beyond helpful and gracious (in particular, Sara, our waitress made us feel so welcome we felt part of the Oaks family). We had a wheelchair accessible room, and although compact (hotel room) it catered for my mobility issues to the highest degree - dare I say, designed by someone with a disability perhaps? - and it was far superior to other hotels we've stayed in with larger rooms -...

"I would just like to say that the Manager I think his name is Don went over and above to assist me in every way. There was nothing that was too much trouble for him. Our train ran late and I called the after hours number and he was there in a flash to help me gain entry to the building. I had a query re my Expedia account and he went over and above to sort it for me on a Sunday. Could not fault the service. Would I stay there again and the answer would be a YES. Thank you"

"Great pool. Odd layout for access to elevator , long walk down hallway as lift at the end. Unit was nicely refurbished, but could use new mattress. Overall great stay., our second visit to the Drift. Close to good restaurants, pubs and grocery."
