"Excellent city centre location. Hotel looks very high end in public areas. Rooms were clean, comfortable but rather functional. Well equipped although TV did not work well. Did not get chance to use leisure facilities "

Only down side is that of the three lifts, only one was working which caused queues to go up and the journeys were much slower. We ended up walking which isn’t possible for everyone. "

"I put in a request for an early check in via the Hotels.com messaging app. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that they didn't receive it. I showed them the message in my Hotels.com app (which contained a "we received your message and will get back to you shortly" style confirmation) and she informed me that they don't receive messages from Hotels.com. I find it strange that Hilton and Hotels.com/Expedia - two powerhouses of hotel travel, don't have a working communication system. But...
