"The hotel is located on an industrial estate which is easy to find and quiet. We had a third floor room which was fine. The decor is a little tired and the room lighting extremely dim. The television was great, nice size and easy to use. Kettle and cups etc was a good addition to the room. The shower was excellent, very powerful and no issue with limescale, which is often the norm. "We got a warm friendly welcome on reception. Room was clean and smell fresh. All was good, except we got lots of noise, banging and walking from the room above. This was probably due to poor sound proofing. I will score this hotel 4.5 stars out of 5."
