"I chose this property for the price and its location which was close to my daughter’s college. Since we would be traveling with lots of luggage, I had made sure to book a hotel with a lift. However, I didn’t find a step free access from the street to the lobby, and when we were given our room keys we realized it was in a wing of the hotel which was located down a staircase.
