"Very convenient place to stay when visiting bicester village. I drove up from portsmouth with my daughter to have a shopping weekend and it all worked out well. The stay in the hotel was great, breakfast was varied and bedroom was immaculate. We liked the fact we had an iron and ironing board even though we had one night stay we still used it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Tea coffee in the rooms was welcomed when we first arrived . Cant wait to stay again! "

"I stayed one night with my dog and we were so well looked after that I didn’t want to leave! The hotel is really beautiful and the location is perfect. We took the bus from the park and ride and it stopped right outside. The staff were friendly. Our room was gorgeous, with its own private terrace overlooking the Oxford skyline. This hotel is also really welcoming to dogs. There was a bed, bowls and welcome box waiting. I was able to bring the dog to the bar/lounge area to have dinner and drinks. The room itself was comfortable, nice bed linen, big fluffy towels, a good shower and complimentary treats in the room that I wasn’t expecting. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I will be back!"
