"I have stayed here several times before and the staff are lovely however on this visit there just didn't seem to be enough of them. We waited for food orders to be taken, drinks to arrive and extras such as gravy to come to the table. This is not the staffs fault as they are great just understaffed."

"Overnight stay in Peterborough to catch a show at the New Theatre which is 5 minutes walk up the road. Checked in with ease, friendly lady to greet us, check in was super quick. The room was spacious and well equipped impressed with the little kitchenette, although we didn’t cook our own food. The only thing I didn’t like was laminate flooring in the room, which was covered in lots of scratches from what looks like years of high heels walking on it. "This hotel satisfactorily met our needs. The WC seat was very loose. I cannot imagine that this defect had only just happened and should have been dealt with previously but did not cause us much inconvenience. We think the restaurant menu lacked choices for patrons with eating problems"

Fab breakfast. Enjoyed the pub menu meals as we had two dogs with us. And there was welcome cake and G&T in room on arrival plus quality Brew Tea teas which we could top up as and when needed."
