"We booked in to stay while attending an event nearby, and the location was perfect to get to and from it easily. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive and good-humoured, which made us feel really welcomed. It was an easy check-in, helped by the fact that you can do some of it online. The place was a bit of a maze of corridors when you went up to find your room, which took a bit of getting used to when it came to navigating. "Have stayed here before - so that should be recommendation on its own! Food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced. We stayed in the Singh room - large comfortable bed, which was great. Room was a little chilly when we first arrived, but soon warmed up when we adjusted the heater. Very convenient for Tesla superchargers! The only slight annoyance - the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied - but no major problem. No doubt we will be back again!"

"A lovely stay. Roast dinner and breakfast the following morning were delicious. The suite we stayed in was large, nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. Easy to find and lots of parking Staff member Nathan and the lady who served us breakfast were both lovely. The cons - the hot water tank run out after my husband had a shower. We had to wait 45 minutes for it to heat up again. For the age/type of building this isn’t a problem but it would be good to give guests the heads up online...

"Plentiful parking in the main Raptor Foundation car park. Check in was easy, in the building which is also a gift shop. The room (room 3) was huge - microwave and fridge included. Bathroom was a wet room which I thought might be very cold but the room is centrally heated, including the bathroom. Shower isn’t very powerful but does the job. "My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....
