"No-one was on the check-in desk when we arrived and we had to go and fetch someoe from the bar to check us in. The breakfast service was slow. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely, well decorated and clean, comfy bed and brilliant location "

"All staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. We booked a room for 3 adults which was clean, really large and spacious with partial views of the lake. Shower was great, really powerful.Variety of teas, coffees and biscuits to choose from in the room. "As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again"
