"This is a LARGE very new hotel with excellent facilities. Staff work hard to ensure you have a good holiday and are helpful if there are problems. Our room did not suit our mobility so they found us a much better location, although room was slightly smaller. Breakfast was excwllent with food for all tastes. "Very nice entrance way and I was greeted by a smiling face and an easy check in. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They have a bar and restaurant that I did not use but looked nice. Perfect place to stay for work or fun if you’re in Nottingham "

I called reception and they sent a staff member up to try and rectify. Again she was really helpful but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, they allowed us to move rooms.
