"Our room was situated atbthe back of the hotel near a main road, but worst of all a generator. This was really noisy till late at night and started up again at six o'clock in the morning. Very disturbed sleep. Also, there was a lack of staff and our room wasn't made up. "

"A lovely room with very spacious rainfall style shower. We are in the restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast. Both were lovely. The restaurant team were fabulous. Really friendly. Cleaning lady we passed on the hall was also friendly even though busy. We stayed for my cousin’s wedding which was held on site , so we even got to sneak away for a snooze. Wonderful occasion. "

"The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...

"Economy room was nicely decorated. Only negative was that one side of the bed was next to the wall which made getting in and out a problem. I was not happy to be asked for a £40 deposit incase of damage to the room.Then on check out being told it would take upto 3 days to be refunded. I would only return to this hotel because of the location. convenient for the City and our daughters flat."
