"It was comfortable. Clean. Unfortunately the the guest prior to us smoked marijuana in the main room. I’m sure there was very little for the host to address this before we checked in. Otherwise great, courteous. "

"Lovely clean property, the children really enjoyed the games. We were very pleased with the little extras that the owners have available like tea & coffee. 40 mins from Alton Towers was very handy with a Tesco enroute so we could get any bits we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future when in the area. "

"Enjoyed our stay. No instructions provided to open the manual lockbox to get the key to enter the property. After a long delay we found a video on Google & happy we opened the lockbox. Comparing this property with our other self catering stays, this property does not provide toilet rolls. "

"Lovely home. Great for our group of adult family members but would also be great for kids."

"A beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location. Very well equipped and lots of extras provided. The bed is super comfortable and big ! Top quality amenities. We had a lovely stay."

"We loved our stay in Wirksworth. Such a lovely area for walking and cycling which we were after. The cottage was lovely. Very comfy beds, great sofa and fab log burner. Kitchen has everything you need. The shower is definitely small as the listing says. However i dont thjnk i realised how small - we managed (just) but this is the only negative in an other wise lovely stay. The village is also great, again with everything you need in terms of variety of places to eat and drink."

"Not a bad property for a short stay. Close to the City Center. Parking was a little hit and miss and wasn't sure of the actual area itself from a safety point of view. "

"It was okay just a few constructive comments, 1 no toilet paper in Brothers toilet, 2 Coffee, Sugar, Tea tins need refilling 3 , Window Sills could have done with a clean apart from these items all was ok and the Host was very pleasant"

"A good place for us to stay in while we dropped our daughter off at uni. Mike was very good with his communication. Parking for two cars which was a must for us this weekend. Clean and tidy. Thanks "
