"Great affordable lodging in Cranbrook. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed, shower, etc were comfortable. Microwave in the room was convenient. During my stay, the hot tub was out of order. It's dated and some damaged finishings but it's clean. Better than many large hotel chains. I like that the breakfast included is a credit at their restaurant - it's better than your average continental breakfast. This isn't a luxury resort property to spend all day lounging at, but if you're looking...

"We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed with fantastic bedding! Walking distance to good restaurants plus on site restaurant. Very friendly staff and heated/warm parking garage is a major plus! "

"The property is top notch for a quick visit or long term stay. Customer service is outstanding and rooms are so comfortable with beautiful products. Parking is a bit out of the way, confusing and costly but won’t prevent me coming again. "

"Getting access to the club lounge is great which includes excellent breakfast and snacks throughout the day, and a great place to work out of as well. Club floor rooms are a nice size too. "
