"We enjoyed the stay and it was very peaceful,my wife made use of the Spa treatment which was good. The room was nice and cleaned to a high standard however I feel it would have benefitted from a fridge/mini bar.Also the TV was old style and maybe more options like a smart TV would be good.Twice we had issues with the card door entry that did not work, however the staff were helpful in giving us replacement cards. "Good location to Warwick uni 10 min. Nice hotel, spa and breakfast. The room was right at the back facing road and very noisy. No other rooms available away from road. No ac in any of the rooms had to ask for fan. "

Had a drink in the great stocked bar and went into town for Dinner , food did look amazing in the Hotel but we had booked our restaurant a few days before. "As check in wasn't until 4.00pm we wanted to explore Stratford but did not want to park and leave our suitcases on view. We rang to see if we could leave our luggage at the hotel. We spoke to a very nice receptionist who said that would not be a problem. When we went to leave the suitcases the receptionist realised I used a walking frame, she offered to put us in a room that catered for disabled people.
