"A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. "Great hotel to visit family for xnas"

"When arrived no one at reception (we arrived at around 4.30) had to hunt for someone. Room on first inspection was nice but dust in places, window would shut properly (hubby had to use curtain tie back to stop it opening). Bathroom had a seweage smell to it so had to keep door shut. No plug in the sink and shower didnt have much pressure and wouldnt stay in position. Only got 2 sets of towels for 3 people as was in family room. "We had to find somewhere to stay at late notice for 11 nights. The room was clean and the facilities were as described. However the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, fresh and warm. Can’t fault it for the price, which was very good value."

"Good price, ok accommodation but very dated like an 80s old people s home. My room (004) ground floor by entrance had no lace curtain for privacy.Asked reception about this, just told “ it got ripped”!4 day stay not a single room clean or towel change or tea/coffee top up during whole stay.
