"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "

"This was our second stay at the property. We returned not only for the beautiful location & accommodation, but we also enjoyed our dining experience very much. The included breakfast was far above average in terms of selection, taste, and service, and the dinner options were superb. Parking is convenient and included. "Absolutely loved this Hotel. Surroundings were stunning & eating was extremely convenient. Any suggestions for improvements? Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection. That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. "
