"No Wi-Fi for the entire first 24 hours, no trash can on the entire property, a toilet that we had to take the lid off and manually adjust to make it stop running and pipes that would make an insane noise when you turned the water on. I called the management company on arrival and they said the items would get fixed by 6pm, but nobody ever showed up. Called back later to find out that we would have to wait until the next day. I called 5 times the next day and spoke to Maria who was the manager...

We received all the information we needed to access the property before we got there, and if we had needed anything, it would have been easy to get in touch with the owner.
