Both of our hotel rooms had roaches coming from them. We were not able to get other rooms due to it being booked and the property refused to compensate or refund. The AC/Heater also broke in the middle of the night and they were unable to fix it leaving us very cold at night.

The property need to vacuum the floors. There is no reason the floors should be this dirty. The hotel Is nice outside but the inside needs some work!
