"On arrival, the building looks like a run-down, disused office block, with a huge, almost empty, car park and no obvious reception entrance. However, once you find the entrance at the side and go in to reception, everything changes. From reception staff to chef, everyone was helpful, efficient and friendly. Our room on the top floor was quiet, clean and comfortable, with a lovely view across the golf course. Dinner was tasty and nicely served and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in a while. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will definitely return. Don't let first appearances put you off!"

"We were on the fourth floor with view over canal. Hotel was well situated and our room was quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good quality and staff throughout our stay were helpful. Our dog was made welcome and there were treats in the foyer for him. Everything was great for a short break in Lincoln. "
