"stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"Amazing stay. The barn was beautifully presented and lots of thoughtful little touches such as bird seed, a plum loaf, recent magazines and all amenities you would need for a stay away. Gorgeous location, idyllic view. A very wonderful property indeed, would love to return! "

"Nice property, clean and well equipped. Comfy beds, nice baths rooms and showers. Maybe some more pillows would be nice. Be prepared for some nightlife this end of town and parking is not provided but NCP nearby and you can park between 6pm - 8am outside the property. Overall nice accommodation."

"Great place! The back garden with its view of the Cathedral towers was a delightful surprise. I wished that windows could be opened for a breeze, or that there had been a fan, but the weather was mostly cool so opening the back door gave enough air. The apartment is clean, charming, comfortable and ideally situated. A dream spot and a perfect weekend! I hope to stay again someday."

"This is a charming property and could not be better placed in terms of access to the castle and cathedral. The check-in lady was so kind and helpful so one could not ask for more there. The only criticism I have was that there is no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. This makes rather a dull shower unless prewarned. "We stayed for 3 nights in May , we had a nice relaxing few days.. park has a lot of facilities.. which you need a pass to use, also need a pass for use of the restaurants which we didn’t realise, but we cooked as plenty of equipment in the kitchen. Would return for another short break"

Good location, wonderful staff, adequate price
"I stayed for the whole week, and everything was alright. The staff was just wonderful, smiling and always ready to help. The location is very good, although the frequent road next to the hotel is a bit noisy. I would suggest serving some vegetables, ham and cheese for breakfast. The English breakfast is good, but I would prefer not to have the same breakfast each day."
