"We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance. "

"The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. "Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."
