"We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance. "

"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."

"Such a great experience! The location is fantastic—I could walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. There’s also a mall next door with plenty of food and drink options. The hotel room is well-equipped, and the in-unit all-in-one washer/dryer is a great convenience. The walk-in shower and separate bathtub add to the comfort. "Our first impression of the Le Meridien Chanba Hotel in Xi'an was awe-inspiring due to its location, majesty, lights and modern look. However upon check-in, we had an issue as to whether or not the room was previously paid (it was previously booked and pre-paid) and if the room itself was ready - this took over 30 minutes to discuss and resolve. "The rooms are spacious, well maintained and much better than my expectation! Comes with small kitchenette and sofa/table, so much more functional than hotel room, feels 5 star at a very good price, about 500m to train station area with lots of good restaurants and a good Hema supermarket. But most of the time just call taxi. I'd definitely stay here again in Xi'an. "
