"It was very acceptable for the price. The attendants in the restaurant were awesome. I went Scuba Diving earlier than regular breakfast hours and they were great to assist me with an earlier than normal breakfast. Overall the service was very good. And everyone tried. I didn’t like being asked to contribute $2 a day for environmental purposes as soon as I arrived. I was asked for my passport and then asked to donate money. Started me off on a sour note. "

"It is very clean hotel compared to other hotels in this area. Need to improve on below. 1.Some of the electrical plug points wiggling. 2.Aircon control and display fitted on the bed head disturbances sleep in the night. Recommend to extend swimming pool access time to 9PM "

"Whilst in bed,at 11 pm a tour group arrived on my fllor,they were all extremely noisey and showed no consideration to sleeping guests.I had booked a 2 am wake up call but was woken by this group at 11,i opened my door twice...to confront them..at 11.15 and again at 11.50 when i raised my voice to them all..it was unneccessary as management should of requested and quieter transition to their rooms when thay checked in.."

The staff is really exceptional and knowledgeable on the animals, birds, area. The activities offered are varied with many options available. The meals were delicious with lots of variety. "On first arriving outside the property don’t panic as through the gate you enter a different world; a peaceful piece of electric & ethnic designer heaven with the property slightly elevated from the surrounding lake with greenery & nature all around. The service provided is excellent & always with a smile. One small criticism is there are some minor maintenance jobs that are outstanding & could do with attending to in order to secure a 5* review when comparing to other small luxury hotels of...

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "
