"The hotel was pretty good but I booked the airport shuttle and it was 35 minutes late picking me up at the hotel. When the car wasn’t there at 5:30, I asked the front desk to call and I don’t think that he called until it was almost 20 mins late. I was not happy. I have to run to the gate and have to rush my 84 years old mother to tag along. That was the worst experience I had from a hotel. I don’t want to blame the hotel but it was the staff and the car service that were to blame."

"Lovely comfortable overnight stay for us after being at Disneyland before we head north towards the ferry. Modern feel throughout and a nice breakfast :) "

"Welcoming receptionist (Lana?), room clean and as expected newly decorated and presented well. 1 teabag and 2 coffee sachets but no milk. However we were welcome to use breakfast coffee machine although didn’t stay for breakfast it looked good. Good vets for our dog before returning to the UK, on D243 25 min walk or 2-3 min drive away. "

"It was super location, but we were told we could eat in the bar as the restaurant was full. When we tried to order at the bar, the barman said no. Different advice from receptionist. We had to order room service to the lobby."

"A lovely little hotel away from the crowds,near the airport,so very convenient. The staff at the hotel are fantastic,very helpful and friendly. It is about about a 25 minute walk into a small town nearby which we really enjoyed,there is not much close by, it it makes for a perfect stopover from the airport!"

"Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place. Secure on site parking. Food in the restaurant amazing. Choice of food in the bar limited, so if staying a few days, feels like not enough to choose from. Staff helpfull and trying thier best to help and delivery top service. One thing is no lift in the property, so lagguage on the higher levels to be curried by hand, but staff is happy to help with it."
