"El personal del hotel es una maravilla desde que llegamos hasta que salimos estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros, nos preguntaban si todo estaba bien si necesitábamos algo más, la chica del desayuno súper atenta y la Dominicana en la recepción un encanto!! Excelente servicio. Camas cómodas, buen desayuno, parqueo fácil y la ubicación céntrica (7 minutos a pie del museo Dali) Muy recomendado!!"

"We stayed in one of their Superior Double Room, Partial Sea View rooms You can see the toilet from the bed. The door to the toilet is glass and is only frosted in the middle. If someone is sitting on the toilet and you're in bed, you can see them - even w/ the door closed (it doesn't close all the way) The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms. They share one sliding door. You can only close the door in one of these two rooms at a time. Why? The hotel advertises a parking lot - but they don't tell you that you need to reserve it in advance. There is NO parking in roses. I'll just say that again - there is NO parking in Roses. it's so so busy so plan ahead. The elevators are weird. There's only two and they each have their own operating buttons. Everyone hits both buttons to get whichever elevator arrives quicker. That means that you'll constantly be stopping on floors with no-one there. We stayed on 8th floor. On one occasion, we stopped at six floors on the way down - with no one getting on or off. Ridiculous. This is petty, but the TV in the room is probably the smallest Television that is sold to human beings. I never write reviews, but the hotel was just so far off what they advertise, I felt compelled too. It's a solid 5 out of 10"

"Séjour très agréable, génial, on a rallongé les vacances de deux nuits supplémentaires qui n’était pas prévu. Ana, qui travaille à l’accueil a été très arrangeante et très professionnelle. Tout le personnel en général est très gentil et souriant. Le bar est top, les cocktails sont bons, le petit dej et le buffet du midi/soir également. Grand plus, l’accès au spa inclus dans le séjour (même si les gens peuvent nous voir de l’extérieur). Nous avons été surclassé et avons très apprécié ce geste. Petite ballade très sympathique le soir le long de la plage. Prêt de vélo gratuit par l’hôtel très agréable. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour reposant or saison. "
