"We have stayed in and around Collioure for the past 20 years and this is the best property that we have stayed in. It is in a perfect location with an amazing view. There is a beach just outside the door and a short walk to both Collioure and Port Vendres which is ideal. The house is very well equipped and the addition of air conditioning and a garage is amazing."

"The owner lives in the 1st floor of this large villa, whilst the groundfloor is entirely for guests. We didn't see much of owner, just at check-in and occasionally as he passed through the garden. The swimming pool and garden are excellent. Our boys loved the pool, although people with young children should be aware there is no fence / gate around the pool. "Unser Urlaub in Frankreich war sehr schön. Besonders angenehm war die Übernahme und auch wieder die Übergabe des Hauses.Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben, aber auch nicht mehr. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden zB. Staubsauger oder auch eine richtige Pfanne. Ein kleiner Tipp: Das Haus braucht liebevolle Pflege und würde es damit aufwerten !"

"Une fois passé à l'agence, vous devez vous débrouiller pour trouver la location. L'entrée n'est pas spécifiée comme étant non adaptée à des personnes ayant quelques difficultés pour se déplacer. La maison n'en n'est pas une, c'est un appartement. Il y a des locataires en dessous et sur les côtés. L'air conditionné du séjour n'est pas entretenu et donc, ne fonctionne pas de manière optimale. Sinon, à part ça, la vue était top et nous nous y sommes bien sentis. Peut être qu'il serait plus...
