Nice location and great view from the room. But the hotel is old and it's noticeable. Service in the reception are kind but not that great, eg not allowed to bring towels to the beach. It's overall poor ratio from quality to price. We've booked another hotel I Roses for our return that looks much better and is only marginally more expensive.

The most uncomfortable stay in our 16 day trip! Noisy tiny rooms ie you can hear scraping chairs,snoring, farting , noisy children even light switches Mattress completely knackered so impossible to sleep Breakfast very average! Weak coffee etc Noisy road I appreciate this is out of hotel’s control I didn’t mention any of the above when leaving as we weren’t even asked if we had a good stay!

Do not expect comfort bed, showe or parking at all
Very small and uncomfortable shower, cannot even move. Bed mattress is hard and pillows very thin. AC tem down to 23 only, ridiculous. Annoucment in Hotel.com stated parquing was available, but it was never for us. I had to wait to 11 pm to move my car to acroos the street and it costs 17 euros per night. Area is very good, access to night life and all tours. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is clean, has a restaurant that We did not use, but looks great. When I booked my room it said I had ocean view, and yes, we had to put iur entire bidy out the window to see the water through a hall between 2 buildings.

We reserved, pre-paid 2 rooms and got confirmations. It took the hotel reception 45 mins to check in 3 couples in front of us. When our turn came they told us they had no rooms for us and told us to wait while they found us another hotel. 30 mins later they gave us rooms in a hotel 18km away! (Fortunately that hotel was great) My advice is never book at the Risech. Staff are useless and we never got one apology from the 2 of them.

La rue est extrêmement bruyante. À notre arrivée, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : des cheveux et poils étaient éparpillés sur le sol. Le lendemain, c’était un peu mieux. La chambre elle-même aurait besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation, car elle ne correspond pas du tout aux photos et manque d'équipements, notamment un réfrigérateur. Située au premier étage, la vue donne principalement sur un parking, la rue, un arbre, avec un aperçu de la mer en arrière-plan. Le matelas était dans un état lamentable, très vieux avec des ressorts rouillés. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner était excellent. En résumé, cet établissement peut convenir pour une ou deux nuits, mais nous le déconseillons fortement pour un séjour plus long.

Chambre à rénover !
Chambre triple, à rénover ! La baignoire est en mauvais état, fissuré, trouée et rouillée. La faïence était en cassée par endroit, avec des morceaux remis à la va-vite, sans colle. L'abattant des WC est en mauvais état également. La propreté de la salle de bains était à revoir (cheveux, miroir sale). A notre arrivée, nous avons du signaler que la baignoire était bouchée. En ce qui concerne la literie, les matelas ne sont pas confortables, et les oreillers non plus (très plat). Vieux meubles en bois. Etagères du placard en état moyen aussi. Au vu des commentaires et photos des autres chambres, il semblerait que cette chambre triple n'ai pas bénéficié d'une rénovation, qui serait donc à prévoir. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il est correct, si ce n'est les jus de fruits coupés à l'eau, imbuvables, dommage. Nous avons cependant mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel un soir, l'accueil était parfait, et les plats aussi, de l'entrée au dessert.
