"Amazing but the only problem I have is that you are charged to use the hotel transportation daily. Which I think is so unfair because I didn’t use it but I was charged for it. I debated it but still no results in the end because if you drive your own car, why would I need to use a hotel car, and they want to charge for the parking garage or valet parking which I didn’t use either . Those charges were removed. But not the daily $35 charge for hotel car."

"It’s a nice hotel. There were some housekeeping issues, but I addressed them with management. It is in a very loud area of the downtown part of Savannah. There is also quite a bit of construction going on nearby, which made it harder to get around."

"Neat old hotel with lots of upgrades/updates. Remember that floor 4 is street level and floor 1 is river level. Easy check in/out and everyone was friendly. Food at Broken Keel was good, server had an off day and was a bit grouchy, but fine. Location was great. Trolly tour picks you up just down the street. "

"Our toilet seat was loose. The bedding was excellent. The accommodations in the room was good. I would had liked a microwave like the other hotels I have been to. The shower was big and roomy. The soaps, hand lotions and body wash, didn't like the smell so much. A bit too strong or musky. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay. "

"I liked everything about it. It’s got a great vibe and the staff are the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so amazing that it was a great experience. And it start when you arrive and are greeted by Cedric. He is a special person who went so far out of his way to make our stay what it was. "Right in the middle of the historic Savannah. Great property. The bed was a bit noisy, cause the wooden frame is very… historic 😃 Also, ghost tours are gathering right across the street, which can be quite noisy- people walking and talking. Well, this comes with convenience of being right in the middle of the touristy part. We really enjoyed our stay nevertheless."

"Wonderful property, you don't have to leave the property. Walkable to all of the shopping spots and restaurants. The only thing I would change is the plumbing. You pray a pretty Penny but the if you have to worry about flushing the toilet in your luxury hotel, it's not so luxury anymore. "
