""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. "We came there, took a shower witch was good. Went down to the resturant and had a drink and then ate. The food was excellent, i had a white tail steak and it was perfect. Tender meat with oven roasted potatoes. Everthing was excellent and not expensive. We paid about 20 bucks for the food and the rooms was really nice aswell. Definitely recommending this to everyone. They have a pool/spa aswell with massage."

"Herrschaftliches Haus in reizvoller Parklandschaft. Überaus freundlicher Empfang durch den Schlossherrn. Zimmer sehr groß und bequem. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, bei Schönwetter auf der Terrasse. "

"Despite signs all over Janske Lazne advertising a free ski pass with room. this hotel does not offer guests a free ski pass to those guests who book their room through Expedia. Kind of frustrating to find out after waiting in line at the gondola only to be denied entry. But other than these this “flaw”, the hotel is modern and offers a very nice breakfast buffet. "

"Overall Experience was great!! It was unique because I've never heard of hotels being on zoo grounds, so from that aspect that was really cool. My kids loved it. We also ate dinner at another local hotel down the street from hotel safari and it was great and the local beer tasted even better. I've already recommended this hotel to co-workers who have kids. "
