"The hotel is very nice - the facilities are new and very well maintained, rich and varied breakfast. Excellent facilities - sauna, swimming pool, spa. The **** designation is well deserved. Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up. The main problem of the stay - the announced lobby bar was permanently closed. Restaurant closed at 10 p.m. and so after 10 p.m. the whole hotel was...

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was satisfactory though should have plenty of choices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Swimming pool and wellness available for free until 12pm, after that for a charge."

"It is a dream hotel especially if you travel with a cat pet who loves exploring nooks and new spots for jumping, climbing and staring out at a whimsical European street. It’s ideally located: downtown that is close to nature too, fancy that. It’s nicely designed, very cozy and comfy. It even has a roof to walk on, safely. It has a guest club with everything you need. Some rooms have patios. It’s like a little castle, even if the weather isn’t great, you won’t get bored. Everything is done with love and thoughtfulness. The only thing you might want is your own pillow. The building is old and kinda smells old. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. "
