Bei der Ankunft waren wir angenehm überrascht, denn die Ausstattung des Hauses ist besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen und in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Wohnzimmer mit drei gemütlichen Sofas, dem Kamin und dem großen TV hat uns besonders gut gefallen und wir hatten dort tolle Spieleabende.Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist ideal um zur Ruhe zu kommen. "The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). It was hard drying wet clothes though we used a rack in front of the fireplace but it took a long time. Good kitchen equipment (own missing though). Many bathrooms and nice sauna. The house is newly renovated and look good. The beds was not so comfortable though with a slack in the middle. "Das Haus ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus und fühlten uns sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist nicht zu toppen. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist in der Nähe. Das Check in und Check out waren super einfach. Kommunikation trotz sprachbariere hat super funktioniert. "Trotz schlechten Wetters (viel Regen) war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus war wie erwartet sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch wenn wir den Skiurlaub durch den vielen Regen vorzeitig abgebrochen haben, haben wir im Riesengebirge das beste daraus gemacht. Die Umgebung hat ein ein gutes Alternativprogramm geboten..."

"A beautiful Autumn week in a gorgeous remodelled family farm house! Extremely well cared for and clean. The barn with the table tennis and pool table was fun for all 3 kids (and parents). The Fusball table inside another added bonus for the kids. We cooked 2 meals on the old (new) wooden stove. If you are a coffee drinker, it is a Nespresso machine so you will need the correct coffee pods found at a larger supermarket. My 6 year old waited patiently every morning for the Grandpa to come and feed...

"Gemütliches Haus mit viel Platz für mehrere Leute. Wir waren 3 Familien. Sauberkeit im Haus war ok. Vorhandene Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber sauber."

"Wir haben uns in unserem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in malerisch-herbstlicher Umgebung. Es war sehr ruhig, im Morgengrauen sahen wir die Rinder am Horizont entlang wandern. Wir konnten vor dem Haus Drachen steigen lassen und auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Backofen war leider noch nicht angeschlossen, was für 7 Tage aber kein Problem war. Zur Perfektion fehlt im Haus nur ein Kamin. Wir würden die Happy Hills jedem weiterempfehlen. "Tolles nagelneues Haus, Heizung, Licht .. über smart home regelbar. Es gibt 2 TV`s was sehr schön ist (einer im oberen Schlafbereich) allerdings steuert man immer beide an, da sie zu nah aneinander liegen. Vorhänge im Obergeschoß wären toll. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mir wär nur ein Esstisch, statt des Stehtisch für zwei, im Küchenbereich lieber. Lage super, mitten im Wald mit Bach hinterm Haus, sehr schön ruhig ... verschiedene kleine Skigebiete im Umkreis ... wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"The house is located at the very end of the resident. That makes it a quiet place directly beside a cow pasture. It's a small, cozy and clean house with everything you need."

"Beautiful property. Excellent location. But be aware that some rooms might be near the late night bars. Is was loud until early in the morning. I will stay there again but will ask for a room further away from the activity. "

"It is a dream hotel especially if you travel with a cat pet who loves exploring nooks and new spots for jumping, climbing and staring out at a whimsical European street. It’s ideally located: downtown that is close to nature too, fancy that. It’s nicely designed, very cozy and comfy. It even has a roof to walk on, safely. It has a guest club with everything you need. Some rooms have patios. It’s like a little castle, even if the weather isn’t great, you won’t get bored. Everything is done with love and thoughtfulness. The only thing you might want is your own pillow. The building is old and kinda smells old. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. "
