"Room was lovely. All staff were very friendly and helpful, smooth check in and check out. It’s a little further away from central Surfers, nearly 2km so bit of a walk, but close to the light rail. Only complaint was the room service food, had both breakfast and dinner. Neither were good. Burger was dry and chewy, a bit meh. Bacon was fatty and undercooked Pancakes for breakfast were ok, again, bacon was pretty sad. "

"Lovely stay and view in studio apartment, which was equipped with bigger fridge than usual, toaster, kettle and microwave, although we had delicious breakfast for $36 each… it had every conceivable option… very yummy. Thank you. "

"Would have given the 5 stars across the board but one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the amazing pool on the property which was closed the duration of our stay. There was no mention of it when I booked it and we were not told at check in. I was really disappointed. "

"We always enjoy our stay at SeaWorld and the premium rooms with a view are nicely decorated and very comfortable. We made the most of all the restaurants at the resort and really enjoyed both the dinner and brekky buffet. The kids loved the pool area and we all enjoyed the easy access to the theme park. Can't wait to stay again."
