"This hotel is a 30 minute drive from anywhere you want to go in Madrid. BUT it’s also right by the airport for flights so that’s why we booked as we had an early am flight home. The staff is kind and attentive, available 24/7. The bar is convenient and the room is clean. "

"The room was cozy and the staff at the front desk were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We used the shuttle service to the airport which was convenient. The only down side was that we could not adjust the thermostat in the room. For us, it was very warm. I had to crack the window open to let some air in. We were unable to get a good sleep because of this. We also bought some pizza from one of the restaurants on the main lobby which was delish. I highly recommend this hotel! "
