"For an airport property the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive and great quality. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and sophisticated with very attentive staff."

"Room was clean, water pressure was great. Close to metro and bus stops for easy transportation on the tourist card. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpfull. The common areas look and feel quite dated but the room was fresh, modern and clean If I am in Madrid and don't plan on staying in the hotel much just like this trip... then I will be back to NH Madrid. Worth noting hotel has free wi-fi, free airport shuttle but at kind of specific times, hair dryer in the bathroom, and the room I stayed in only had a shower(I dont use the bathtub, but for those who do.) There is a pre-stocked mini-fridge that COSTS but has some water and soda inside."
