Their delightful personalities made our stay so much more fun, all the while maintaining their professionalism. The hotel and our room were kept immaculate by housekeeping and they were most accommodating to our requests. We cannot measure our gratitude to the MONA staff for a most memorable visit to Montreaux."

"Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. The room was a good size with nice large windows. The TV had multiple channels from multiple countries around the world. "

"Right in front of the train station. I arrived very late - 1:30am! The front desk was very helpful, reassuring when I called worried that they will let go of my room. Easy check in, clean and simple room. An excellent location, 30 seconds from the station! "
