"We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. Our key was placed in a digital lock box and code provided. The bedroom was very spacious along with a wonderful spacious bathroom. The shower gave instant hot water. The variety and quality of the breakfast was absolutely on point. Doubt they could have made it any better. As the hotel is in the former GDR it has wonderful charm and...

"Die Hotellobby im Erdgeschoss/ Eingangsbereich war zur Ankunft nicht sehr einladend sondern im Winter zugig. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, Personal an der Rezeption okay, beim Frühstück hervorragend. Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr gut, Wasser für Tee leider nicht heiß. Schwimmbad und Sauna gut, Infrarotkabine leider außer Betrieb. Handtücher in diesem Bereich fehlen und Wäschekörbe für mirgebrachte Handbücher sind am Boden schimmilig. Parken direkt am Hotel sehr gut."

"Hotel was fine, but not a great family hotel. We have three kids under 8. Patrons (October) were mostly older German adults. The room was not in great shape. The refrigerator was apparently being defrosted and was leaking all over the floor (with towels). Our room led to what seemed to be an abandoned hallway, but we couldn't lock the door from the inside. That being said, we loved our little hike on the hillside immediately next to the hotel. "Lovely hotel. Only issues were reception wasn’t open past 10.30pm. This was an issue if you arrive late. Bar wasn’t open only bar in restaurant which closed at 10pm."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das männliche Personal und die Azubiene sehr freundlich. Das weibliche Personal hat über die Gäste gelästert, und man konnte jedes Wort hören. Dies ist für mich ein no go. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, und die Einrichtung zum Teil etwas aälter. Es war aber trotzdem ansprechend und erholsam. Das Essen war lecker. Sehr zum empfehlen ist der Kräuter "Gelenkschmiere""
