"Lovely hotel a little disapointed with the nouse from tge building work starting at 8am . I was looking forward to a relaxing lie-in but that was cut short but otherwise it was super with lovely staff across the board "

"The facilities within the property were good as pool and changing rooms were clean. Only thing I would say that wasn’t good was we booked the kitchenette room and it had no plate, bowls, kitchen essentials like cutlery or anything. Kitchen was bare. "

"Confusing parking situation with the hotel having just a very small car park which is hard to find. It was also full so had to park about a 8 minute walk away. Original room was really nice, well appointed but the heating didn’t work and it was freezing. I was quickly and efficiently moved to another room, smaller than the first but equally comfortable. The view was poor, you are just about eye level with the street and people and cars go past at all hours which can be a little noisy but...

"Was given notices months in advance that they would be going through some renovations during our stay; this was no problem to us. We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch! One of the few placed that we stayed that had a fridge in the room! Our room was comfortable; fan was provide. "
