"Upon arrival when entering the studio apartment, it was stuffy and hot. The only way of cooling was to open the window which made the room very noisy with the constant passing traffic. Overall the apartment was perfect in every other way, I know Dunedin is rarely hot, but in an East facing room on a sunny day with no air conditioner this was a problem for me. Bed was comfortable, bathroom great, location perfect, staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is just two blocks from the octagon where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Also with in walking of many sites you would want to see and museums. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a kitchen and there was a grocery store within three blocks so we could breakfast in the suite. Having a separate bedroom allowed for one early riser to be able to hang out in living area and have coffee . Convenient to almost everything"

"Very friendly and helpful host who walked me to my room. Spacious and beautifully presented accomodation with nice touches like big fluffy robes and very nice linen & towels. Parking was a bit tricky but one can get use to it pretty quickly. Easy walk to beautiful Dunedin Botanical Gardens, New World Supermarket and the fantastic Beam me up Bagels who make the best bagels in New Zealand & make best coffee. Also great SPCA Op Shop and other second hand shops in the area. "
