"Staff were helpful and not overly chatty. Checked in at 5pm only to be told room was not ready for at least another hour. When check-in time is supposed to be 2pm/3pm. Good paid parking. "Very friendly check in. We had a car and they provided a good valet service. Helped us with our luggage up to the room. The room was nicely furnished as a classic room it was of an adequate size. We stayed 2 nights and had dinner there on the second night. It was beautifully presented and really nice ambiance in the restaurant. "

"Great location for what we wanted to do at the North End of Dunedin. An older motel which could do with some maintenance inside and out. Parking on site could be a challenge if all units were full. BUT unit 12 which we had was very spacious. VERY clean with plenty of towels,even bathrobes. A sharp knife and tea towel needed for the kitchen. Check in easy and the lady at reception very helpful. WILL stay again. Thanks. "
