"Wonderful stay. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff from the moment we drove up to the property to when we depart. The staff even helped to sort out our luggage delivery to the next accommodation in another city. Our hostess Matsuri was sweet, polite and gracious. "Amazing staff and service everyone was so nice. Amazing hospitality. We loved everyone and everything about this place. The rooms are very nice and super clean and big apartments. The town is amazing with great food options and things to try. But honestly what made this place shine was the people. Hot springs are very nice especially out door one sitting while you see the river in front of you. For sure will book again for this experience if I am in Japan next time."

"After a few hectic days in Kyoto we started to relax on the 2 1/2 hour train ride to Amino. The hotel shuttle picked us up as previously arranged. The hotel has only 8 bedrooms, all with sea views. The staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The food is excellent; we had the Japanese meals but some western dish are available."
