"Great stay at the Apex Hotel. Check in was fab with Jessica and who was super welcoming. Service in the bar was excellent - Alfie was fantastic, really friendly & chatty. Breakfast was good but the service was hit & miss… seemed understaffed 2/3 days of our stay. Food was great though & choice was brilliant. "

"The bedroom, breakfast options and morning staff were excellent. I really wanted to be able to give this property a positive review. However, after the room was cleaned on the second night, our bedroom door was left open and consequently not secure. There was no additional security between the bar and the bedroom so anybody could have just walked in. What made this worse was the attitude of the gentleman behind the bar who I spoke to about this.
