"Great location for a shopping trip to either Lakeside or Bluewater (or go to both like we did!) as it is in the middle of both. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Nice big shower and everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots to choose from. Would definitely return. "

"It was a very pleasant stay over 2 nights. We had breakfast in the first morning which was a good and fresh selection. Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and great to relax in. Lovely bathroom area - no bath but lovely shower. Noticeably there was no outside noise as the sound insulation was so good. Downsides are there’s no car park, the only one is the nearby Travelodge costing £20 for 24 hours. Perhaps a better rate can be negotiated for Marriott guests? Also, remember to say if you would like your room cleaned etc if staying more than one night."
