"There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) However, the owners were extremely apologetic and very friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a bottle of prosecco for any inconvenience. "The property was very clean and well maintained, but the walk down from the car park to the hut site was a bit of a trek, and very badly maintained owing to the fact it was a public footpath , and the access path through the gate was very precarious other than that it was an excellent base for Leeds castle and other attractions,the accommodation was in excellent order and very peaceful."

"The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. No cleaning items are provided such as dustpan and broom or additional towels provided. The instructions to check in was clear and easy to understand."
