"The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The only thing we found wrong was the carpet fraying beside the desk/cupboard. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The only let down was meal time. Instead of staff having allocated areas they, were flitting around with very little communication as to what was going on. After being brought the wrong desert and waiting 25 minutes for a coffee that didn’t arrive we, gave up and returned to our room!! Breakfast had a brilliant selection....

We had told them my husband had mobility issues and we had a room just nearby reception and the dining area, making access really easy. They had also given us a room with 2 comfy chairs which myself, and especially my husband, really appreciated after travelling.
