"Very good hotel with excellent and helpful staff. The room was actually very nice, It was in excellent condition and had everything you would need. But was completely let down by probably the worst beds we have ever attempted to sleep on. They were so hard that we struggled to sleep. We would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor and, so as you can imagine this really spoilt the whole experience. As for breakfast it was good but would have been better to have had a choice of eggs...

"Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The only down fall was we were told that breakfast finishes at 10.30am on the weekend and we went there at 10.10am and it had stopped at 10. The lighting over the desk seemed less than adequate, though (the only small niggle in an otherwise superb accommodation.
