"our chalet was comfortable and quite spacious. BUT the basin in the bathroom was cracked and the door difficult to open and close. We could not be moved to another room as fully booked but we were given a small discount."

"We had a very nice 2 bedroom rental at the very end of the property with a very large patio overlooking the lake. Great at night for star gazing. Comfy bed. But the property is starting to look a little old. There are no clear instructions for the recycling. There were a number of dead moths in our room and a full ash tray left on our patio. The restaurant was ok but nothing special. This was our splurge on this trip so we were hoping it would be just a little bit more Wow."
